Very poor customer service and no delivery date commitment

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received with my order ***.

I placed an order to the value of R15,000 expecting timely and professional delivery. Instead, I have now been waiting for 10 days, and my scheduled delivery date has been changed twice without any communication or explanation.

At this point, you have my money, yet I have not received the goods I urgently require. I have been patient up until now, but my patience has been exhausted. I deeply regret choosing to use your services instead of purchasing these items directly in-store.

I expect immediate action and explanation for the delay! What a horrible experience it has been shopping with you. I deeply regret it and will never shop here again or recommend your services to anyone.
