Very Poor Customer Service

I ordered items on the 28th of February. It is now a week later, no delivery has been made. Customer service staff are rude and only reply once a day.

I know they won't care anyway but companies that treat customers like this and think they are too big to fail usually fail. Amazon, your time is coming.
