Very poor customer service.

I am Abdullah Raban, my son, Dr. Shukri Raban, bought me a new washing machine from Takealot. I onle removed the packaging two to four weeks after delivery, and found that the machine had a dent on the side. My son emailed Takealot to report the matter, and the machine was collected from my house. After ten days there was no communication from Takealot with us. They never kept us posted. Everything we need to contact Takealot to get an update. Almost two months have now elapsed and still no machine. We must now send our washing to a laundromat for cleaning.
