Very poor customer service

People it unbelievable to try return anything you bought from takealot.com since 19 December 2023 they collected the goods and now all of a sudden they cant find my address and now they cant even make the effort to answer my emails... very poor customer service and i hope this review finds you soon takealot.com cause im fed up trying to get service from your company.. ***
