Very Poor Customer Service

I had purchased the jeranimo sewing machine for my daughter who was extremely excited when i gave it to her. i was equally impressed by how quick the product was delivered to me.

However, excitement turned to disappointment when the sewing machine turned out to be defective. i followed the necessary steps to have the product exchanged or refunded, received an sms stating they will uplifted it the next day, however they never came. the very next day i contacted takealot via telephone and was sent an sms saying they will collect it that same day but once again they never came. it seems i am now stuck with a defective product.
