VERY POOR ASSISTANCE

I am very unhappy. I received a product and within 2 days it stopped working. I wanted to return it but OBVIOUSLY I cannot log my return on the app. I forgot my password and when I wanted to reset it, I noticed my account was registered with an email address that does not even exist, so now I cannot change my password. After logging a complaint with technical support, their advise was to open a new account with the correct email address, but then how will I RETURN MY PRODUCT????? VERY POOR SUPPORT LINE.
