Very pleased with Takealot

Firstly, let me say that I have been shopping with Takealot for years and it took me this long to write a review of them (and a positive one nogal) I am absolutely amazed by the level of service experienced with Takealot with my last purchase. It was only the second time I had to return an item due to its size & colour and the team gave me no hassle in doing so. Even when I had to return it the second time due to the size not fitting! They really are a professional business and nowhere in the process I felt like I was being ill-treated. From collecting the returns order to crediting my account to delivering the replacement item... All went smooth sailing. Well done Takealot, I can see why you are SA's no.1 online shop. Keep it up!
