Very Irate

***7 I received an order on the 23rd and its was collected on the 25th on the 28th I received a message that saying payment will refunded on my account. I called Takealot to find out since they don't have my payment details. I have been dealing with all kind of agencies since then I've had 2 who said refund has been processed and payment will reflect within 2 days I asked for. From then I find agencies who say there escalating. I spend almost 30 mins on call explaining the same thing to each consultant. On Friday I spoke one of the lady who said she was a sit in manager who promised feedback. Today I spoke to Namuhla who dropped a call to me cause I told her I was actually getting tired of everyone saying I am escalating and said she doesn't like my attitude. I spoke Sakamuzi who said on his system its doesn't show any escalations. What's kind of a service is this?
