Very impressed with [URL Removed]
Long time customer with Kalahari, recently updated profile with [URL Removed] Sceptical using takealot for first time. Ordered goods on a lazy Sunday afternoon. After completion of order and payment I received a call from courier service to arrange delivery time/date. After a very quick delivery found a defective item, followed basic return procedure on website, received confirmation with courier for pick up. Picked item up and funds refunded. I am very impressed with the synergy between all departments providing the customer with the benefits of a well oiled machine.
