very high level of incompetence from takealot

There is a very high level of incompetence from takealot (this is me utilizing polite English). The service is pathetic. The people dealing with your queries or responding to your email have no integrity or stewardship. They provide scripted responses instead of replying to your actual question/query. It is very apparent that these individuals are not qualified or have not been trained properly and I don’t think the queries or questions asked are rocket science orientated. RRN-38Z9W-9XY4: 4 to 5 people have responded to my email query but none have actually answered me. When you call the contact centre nobody answers… takealot is like dealing with government
