Very helpful staff, received packaged well in time

This concerns the delivery service associated with Takealot more than Takealot itself (which is a fantastic online shopping site by the way)<br> <br> My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Saturday and the delivery man couldn't find the exact address as it is in a pretty confusing spot and I could've typed it down better (for that I apologize). But instead of calling it a day and trying again during the week, they called me and asked for directions and tried again, this time finding the place it needs to be delivered at, well ahead of the given time.<br> <br> I just want to thank the friendly Afrikaans lady who spoke to me over the phone and the man who delivered it for their patience and effort, you guys are awesome! Will definitely use Takealot again.
