Very helpful agent

Dealt with the lovely Xola Mana at Takealot. Made a stuff-up with my order and phoned Takealot to reverse it. Xola had an excellent telephone manner (never made me feel like iit was a problem) and gave me such good service. Unlike other agents I've dealt with, he was super efficient and well-spoken. He also stayed communicative during the whole process.
