VERY FRUSTRATED AT TAKELOT NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER

I am angry and frustrated that Takelot does NOT have a customer care number. I had a driver try to deliver a parcel on a day that I was unavailable. I asked that he come back on the Monday which he never did. Consequently I noticed that my parcel had "been misplaced" on the status of the order. What the heck? They were going to reissue me with my order. The problem is that the 3 items in this order are Christmas gifts for my daughter and I need them delivered. TO DATE NO CHANGE IN THE STATUS. WHY DOES TAKELOT NOT HAVE A NUMBER YOUR CUSTOMER CAN CALL!!!!
