Very frustrated

Hi we order from takealot regularly and I have never been so frustrated. I ordered a Fora Active plus P30 Blood pressure monitoring system, and had to return it as the screen was scratched. There is no protective plastic on the screen, like any electronic devise that you purchase. I booked a return and requested a replacement. I received the new devise only to open it and have the same problem. There is no human to speak to at takealot. Ironic as when you log onto the site you need to prove you are not a robot. I will definitely be rethinking ordering from them again.
