Very Dissatisfied Customer.

I ordered a product on Take a lot and it was damaged when it arrived, the driver quickly took like he had opened the product, also it literally looked like it had been opened tossed around and I couldn't return it and yet on the product it literally has a warranty document on it. I feel like they just took my money. This the second time I've been ********** by Take a Lot. I need this brand to start taking accountability for damaged products and them feeling like they can just take our money!!! Let us now before hand if we return products rather than later! The fact that you also can also report a returnable in nonsense cause my product also got delivered only on Friday and you can't even reach out to their call centre so I feel like this is such a bad set up!!!!
