Very dissapointed in the poor Customer Service

I ordered a cellphone and received it on the 29/04/2020 on the same day I realized the phone was not what I thought it was and requested a refund, on the same day I received an SMS confirming the package will be collected on the 30/04/2020. Two days later package still not collected and when I followed up Elzita V confirmed via email the driver would collect on the 04/05/2020. Today is the 05/05/2020 and I am still waiting, no SMS, no phone call nothing. I find this service very unprofessional as they are not even providing a reason for the delay and I have been sitting at home waiting for a damn driver as if I don't have other things to do...
