VERY DISSAPOINTED IN TAKEALOT

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN TAKEALOT

Takealot was always my go-to online shopping for my home and business but this was the very last!!!!

My mom purchased lever-arch file for her business on the 13th of January 2022, the was package was received and when she open it - it was someone else's baby products package in Gauteng and my mom lives in the North West province.

We phoned Takealot the same day and told them that we received the wrong goods! They arranged for a return, package was picked up and now no one know where the package is. Calls and emails going back and forth, telling us to be patient they will follow up (29th of March) but no one could give and answer or solution and my mom isn't refunded yet or given her files till this day!!!!!!!!

Today I had to pick up another package for my mother and yet the package is WRONG!!!! Ordering GREY fluffy carpets but getting BROWN fluffy carpets with a sticker that says GREY!!!!

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? IS SOMEONE COLOUR BLIND!!!
