VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I have ordered with Takealot with no issues. However this time I have ordered 2 kettles and something else. When my order arrived the one kettle was missing after reporting the issue. They logged a return for once again the wrong item to be picked up. Now on the 24 of December 2025 they came to pick up my other other kettle and did not came to pick up the wrong parcel. I'm so sick and tired of asking and working polite with the call centre but does not work.
