Very Dissapointed

I have recently bought a wifi router from take a lot of which they sent me the wrong one, which is even cheaper than the one I bought. I communicated with them asked if I could get a refund of the difference in price because I do not have a problem with the router they gave me. They had then asked me to return the router the would arrange for someone to collect and they can not guarantee stock of the initial router I had bought. I had then responded and said I really do not mind keeping the wrong wifi router I received as long as I get a refund in the difference of the purchase price, it’s been over a week they have not responded. As much as I have never been disappointed by take a lot before but this time around they have showed me flames. Maybe it’s time I shop some where else , because clearly they could not be bothered.
