VERY DISGUSTING, DISAPPOINTING AND UNAPOLOGETICALLY DEHUMANIZING SERVICES THIS IS.

I am very angry, very sad and I feel taken for a joke By tekalot for failing to deliver my order. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday on the 14th Feb 2021 just like it says on the app but they didn't, they never contacted me to explain reason for delay. I contacted tekalot on Twitter telling them about my issue and they assured me an SMS will be sent to confirm the delivery. I got the SMS detailing that my order will be delivered today before 17:00, but to my disappointment my order has not being delivered, and no one from this company has contacted me to explain reason for delay. I feel that tekalot takes thier customers for idiots, that is why they don't even respect us enough to contact us should there be reason for delay. I don't recommend anyone to use this service so please save yourself from disappointment.
