Very disgusted by takealot returns and support team

I bought a three items from them one item was a blanket that you could buy at almost anywhere for half the price.

I had an discount code and they conveniently apply it to the item that I returned so that my refund would be smaller.

I also had another discount code that they sent me after I purchased the three items that I wanted to use to purchase more items from them but it didn't want to load becuase of some cool down period, why give another discount code so close to my first purchase that the second purchases discount code doesn't work.

This happend a week ago and now I'm just getting ignored by their customer support.
