Very Disappointment Customer

I am a disappointed loyal customer who regularly order business and personal goods on the app. I am very frustrated as I ordered goods however I did not receive my full order and was promised that I will receive it. Days later I received an email informing me that the supplier is out of stock. My account was credited however thats not what I was promised. I find it difficult to trust them again after this incident.
