Very DISAPPOINTING service from TakeALot.

I recently bought a set of universal roof bars for my car. It was picked up from the pick-up point in Centurion Mall. Upon receipt of the package, I opened the box. None of the contents were removed from their packaging. After reading the instructions, I realised that the roof bars are not compatible with me vehicle. I re-sealed the box and registered a return with TakeALot. The package was returned to the Centurion Mall pick-up point. After a few days I received an email stating that the return was rejected because the goods was not in the original condition. I contacted TakeALot to request photographs from the warehouse substantiating this claim. Up to date, no feedback had been received from the warehouse. A few days ago, I received notice that the package had been delivered in Mossel Bay - I live in Centurion! After numerous telephonic conversations with call centre agents from TakeALot, nothing has been resolved. I do not have the merchandise in my possession, I do not have the refund that I requested and I do not have the photographs from the warehouse substantiating their claim that the goods are damaged. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service I received from TakeALot in this matter. At the moment, I will definitely NOT recommend TakeALot to anyone. Incompetence and empty promises are the only take-aways from this experience!
