Very disappointing service

I usually experience good service from Takealot, but this time I'm a bit unhappy. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse set from them. I chose the collect from depot option to save on courier costs. Our depot is situated outside of town. I drove all the way out there and received the keyboard (which I was very excited about I might add). It was strange to me that the keyboard came only in it's own box (not properly packaged) and the box wasn't even taped shut or anything, I could just open it. I however didn't give it another thought and went home, just to discover that the keyboard's usb connecter thingy was not in the box! Majorly disappointing! I booked the return and replace option and they collected the keyboard promptly, however, no replacement was brought with (which is what happened the last time I replaced something).

I then received an email to say they couldn't replace the item because they were out of stock, but LITERALLY a few minutes later I ordered the exact same keyboard set for the exact same price! Only now I had to pay the delivery fee all over again which I think is really unfair, because they credit the product cost but not the cost of delivery! Nevermind the petrol I once again have to drive out when collecting the new parcel! Let's just hope this time all the parts are included!
