Very Disappointing

They sent me the incorrect sized item in June and have still not refunded me and we're almost in November. Comms have been poor. Website says refunds take 3-5 working days - not months.

I ordered a 55-77mm step up ring for my camera lens. I received a 55-67mm step up ring. Not the same thing.
