Very Disappointing Delivery Services

I’m very unhappy with the service from Takealot. I was scheduled to receive my delivery between 08:00 and 17:00, and I cancelled all my plans to be available. It’s now past the promised time, and I haven’t received any communication no call, no update, nothing. This level of service is unacceptable. It feels like Takealot is becoming increasingly unreliable when it comes to deliveries, and as a customer, I don’t appreciate being treated this way. Respecting customers’ time should be a basic standard. Very disappointed.
