I ordered items on 26 April with delivery expected on 9 May, later moved to 13 May. Then they claimed it was delivered to the wrong location—despite me providing a detailed address, my phone number, and an alternative contact.

No one called to confirm anything. I run a small business and used client funds to buy these items. Now I’ve had to borrow money to refund my clients, damaging my reputation and finances.
