Very disappointed takealot customer

Placed an order with Takealot #***6. According to my account with them the parcel was delivered Monday 6 July 2020 time 12:09.signed for by me. This is not true. I never received my parcel. Phoned their call centre and reported my problem. I reveived an email with a ticket number.#***7 Saying that they will let me know whats going on. It is Wednesday now and still i have not received my parcel and they dont let me know what is going on either. Can't even get thru to their customer service.
