Very disappointed service with long delays

My order was sent to another town because they did not have enough space in the town that it should have been delivered. This resulted in a delay of 2 to 4 days and to cancel the order they need to escalate to find out if its possible but instead of phoning me and asking me to come and pick the package up at the office, they just sent it away. I would really advise to think twice to order on takelot if you can get it on a deferent website.
