Very Disappointed regular customer _ Poor customer service

I ordered a bunch of items and was unavailable for deliver so i called the call center on *** and asked them to deliver on the Wednesday. they cam the tuesday and i told the driver i asked the call centre to for the parcel to come on Wednesday. they cancelled my order. when i called wednesday they said they cant help me as the order is already been cancelled. i am really disappointed.
