Very disappointed! Order not received on time!!

I have ordered from Takealot 3 times in total. The first order I was satisfied, my order was delivered to me the very next day.

My second order, I order 2 items. A gaming headset and a gaming mouse. The headset did not work, I returned the heatsets and asked for them to be replaced, this is when it was on the blue dot special. A few days later I saw my account was credited and they said that the headphones are no long in stock. I searched on my app for the headsets and they infact did have stock but the blue dot special was over so I have to pay in extra money for the exact same headsets.

I placed my 3rd order, which was the heatsets. This was on the 28th of November. Set to be shipped on the 7th of December and ready for collection on the 9th of December.

According to my app, my order has not even been shipped yet. I used the online help and one of the representatives said that I will be able to collect my order on the 9th... Today is the 10th of December and I am still not able to collect my order.

I definitely will not be making use of takealot again after this struggle.
