Very disappointed loyal customer!!

I am so terribly disappointed in the current service of Takealot. I ordered something I needed urgently which was for next day delivery. I literally sat outside waiting for the delivery but they never pitched. Then I got a message to say that they had been to deliver but nobody was home. I have camera footage to prove they were not here. They have done this before and gone to the wrong address but then delivered later but this time, they refuse. They insist it has to first go back to their warehouse before they can deliver it again. Customer service is absolutely useless and all they can tell me is that it will be escalated. Sorry Takealot, service in the past has been excellent, but I won't order from you again purely because your customer service is useless. You treat your customers like slaves expecting them to sit around waiting until it is convenient for you when we are the ones that keep you employed!!
