Very Disappointed in Takealot

After a bad experience with the purchase of car seat covers twice from a competitor, I decided to try Takealot. I gave them my specifications, they came back and asked me for 5 choices. I did this, and they came back to me saying their suppliers confirm that 3 of my choices conform to my specification for the rear seat covers. Well, today they were delivered and I could not believe it. The rear seat covers consist of a 6-piece puzzle without any fitting instructions. I give up on these online stores who will never talk directly to the customer.
