Very disappointed in Takealot!

This is the second time I ordered an item and was sent the wrong one. After returning it twice I was given a refund and told that the product wasn't available anymore. That was a lie. It still showed available on their site. And my brother ordered the same thing and got no problems. I ordered toothpicks. Was sent the wrong order but could not return it cause it is a non returnable item. Now I spent my money on something I did not order and am not able to return. I am truly so disappointed in Takealot now. I will tell and advise everyone to think twice before ordering from Takealot.
