Very Disappointed in Take-a-lot customer service

I bought a washing machine order # ***5 that got delivered on 2021-02-02. When I opened the machine, it was wet on the inside of the machine. So, did they test the machine before delivering it or was this a second-hand item that got sold to me? Nobody is responding to this. So on my first test the machine was making strange noise and the water was coming out of the machine. I then clicked the return button on Takealot site on the 2021-02-02 (same day at the delivery). Now it is 4 days later, and they still have not picked up the washing machine…. You cannot get hold of them…………..No phone number is working!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I got to speak to somebody, they gave me the transport companies contact number and some reference number the transport company does not have on their system…. Once again, I can’t phone Takealot to figure out what is going on because none of their number are working!!! Very Disappointed!!!
