Very disappointed in poor service from Takealot.com

Normally takealot had great and efficient service, but lately not so anymore, I've ordered something on 29 November 2019, I was suppose to receive it on the 6th of Dec and then it changed to the 3rd of Dec and then to the 9th of Dec. I've been calling the number *** for more than a week now, without any luck. I've been sending emails from both my work and personal email addresses and every time they just respond to say that I will receive my order but until date no order or explanation.

I don't mind if the order is delayed but at least they should have the decency to let me know what the reasons are and not keep me hoping to receive a package that will never arrive.
