Very disappointed in delivery time :(

G'day ... I have placed an order with Take-a-lot.com as I know them for the super fast delivery time and excellent "after sales" should there be a problem. I ordered a generator .... I can only assume like many other people. I can understand the concept "payment up front" But ya claim on your website a certainly policy as in delivery time. I have paid on Jan 2nd, Expected delivery is now Feb 14th. Sp that's 3 weeks !!! In other words You are sitting on MY money collecting interest basically. right ? And we talking close to R 10.000...... I expect some form of compensation for this delay .... like let me choose a cheapish item ? Or a small discount ?? to name only two things
