Very disappointed Customer.

On the 02/01/2020 I ordered a item from takealot and i received a sms that my order Will be delivered on the 14/01/2020.On the 14/01/2020 I waited the entire day but never received my item.At 17h10 on the same day I received a sms from takealot saying that they tried to deliver but not 1 was at my residence.Which is a lie.2 days later they did deliver but the delivery guys parked they vehicle on the top of the road and kept on pressing their hooter/horn .They never came down to my house or knock on the door .When I did go up to the delivery guys and ask them why they don't come down to alert us of the delivery,they answer was that they don't go to people 's houses.They park on the road and the customer must come to them because of a incident that happened in Cape town they don't go to customer's houses.The delivery guys were very unprofessional.Very bad service Takealot.
