Very Disappointed at lack of customer service

<p>Made a payfast payment online which clearly states on the take alot website goes through immideately and the whole point of paying online was so I can go and pick up the book today before work as I need the book today.</p> <p>My previous order was delivered and kept on the 12th floor at takealot when it clearly states 10th floor, I ended up receiving that one four days later as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the customer service person I was talking to speak the management to see if the book can not be sent through today or cancel my order and account with take a lot. </p> <p>Response was we are cancelling your order as per request and you need to contact paypal for your refund. Asked for a escalation mailbox and also advised them to do the refund themselvs. no escalation mail box was provided</p>
