Very disappointed and angry , sad client of Takealot 😭 ☹️😔

I'm so disappointed in takealot I've been their customer since 2020 but, I've placed an order and I was told that the delivery date is today 2025-04-11 before 5pm , this morning I received a phone call stating that I will receive my order today before 5pm. Around 7 a guy from takealot phoned me with this number *** confirming my address I did then he said he doesn't delivery where I live.... but he will make a plan and ask for some guys they work with to deliver my parcel ,I phoned around 1 the same number but someone else answered and said I wont get my parcel today the guy who was supposed to take it left it there he didn't took it... maybe they will give those guys to come and take it I asked when he said he doesn't know.... that is so unprofessional shame I'm very disappointed with takealot team they let me down why are they doing this icall inform me if they are changes the guy said sorry head office maybe will send someone who delivers from my side I need my parcel and next week I'm expecting another parcel for my wedding that means I will still be disappointed Takealot doesn't care about its customers do better please this is totally wrong and unfair to us....worse part I even pay for my delivery fee R75 but struggling to get my parcel
