Very Disappointed

I would like to express my disappointment from Takealot, I bought a tv from them thinking it’s the best way , but to my surprise the tv set was delivered and it had issues. I logged a call and they told me to return the tv and they will give me a new one. That never happened they repaired the very same tv and gave it back. Few month down the line the same tv set had the very same issue. I logged a call again but no one ****en care now its been two dam weeks waiting for them to come collect thy ****en tv. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them thy are *******. Once they have your money they don’t give a ****. I have been calling they number *** but the line never goes through. What kind of service is this am very disappointed and again I even regret buying a thing from them and what is the point of getting the ref RRN-9b6c-52da if no one is going to call you I am very ****ed off now I just want them to take the dam TV because it useless just like them. they dont even deserve the one star they have
