Very disappointed

I ordered on take alot on rhe 13th of August 2024, I was suppose to receive my parcelon the 20th of August. I received an sms confirming that i will receive my parcel before 5pm on the 20th.I waited the whole day until i logged in on my app to track my parcel, only to find out that my order was rescheduled for 26 of August. Take alot didn't bother to send me an sms or email for the changes they have made. I called them and told that my parcel went to a wrong town, i told them that i needes the parcel ASAP because I am going out of town that is why i ordered prior.. They promised to send it on the 21st,i waited the whole day with no communication from take alot until i called them again, the consulted said they can't trace my parcel because they had to use courier agent to deliver my parcel. Till this day I dont know where my parcel is. Saddest part they say they cannot refund me because the parcel is already out of their warehouse. I am very disappointed and angry because this is inconveniencing me, one of the items there is the birthday gift for my dougter.
