Very disappointed

Hi my name is Chantal, I would like to write about takealot, I have never had a problem with them before, but this time it's almost 2months now that I sent my Brightwood airpods, for changing, I sent it with all the gadgets that it had originally came with, I called them so many times but no one could give me a answer to were the product was, finally I did get hold of a sales agent and told me that it's in the warehouse and she is unable to track it and will get back to me, uptil today I don't know were my product is, and I am not able to get a hold of them, if they lost my product or misplaced it I should be told or replaced, I'm very disappointed this time with their service.
