Very disappointed

I cannot believe it is so diffiuclt to find a number for help on take a lot. I am not computer savvy, and did not know how to change my email address after Telkom just cut me off........for 4 months cannot get it back ??? When I finally found the number through complaints on your website I got through to a lady......where the line was soooo bad I could not hear a thing...... and then finally call died. I really loved takealot and have used them only for all my online purchases. They were always sooo professional friendly and ready to help......well today felt like trying to deal with Telkom !!!!
