Very disappointed

I received an order on the 3rd July 2023 with incorrect items and missing items and few items which I ordered. I have been sending emails and making calls since the 3rd of July 2023, I have been repeating myself a thousand times replying to your emails.

I have received 3 boxes and they were not damaged or tampered with. 1 of the box had items which I did not order. Out of the 9 items I ordered I only received 4 items. And the rest of the 5 items are still missing I did not receive them and yet on the app it is showing that all items were delivered on the 3rd of July.

I returned the incorrect items on the 7th of July and I was refunded for only 1 item out of the 5 missing items. Which means that 4 items still needs to be delivered, or else I need my refund, because I have returned the incorrect items but I cannot receive what I have paid for, I am still repeating this I am very frustrated and disappointed with you guys. For how long should I wait for my items? Are you guys still waiting for the warehouse so that you can come back to me ? MRRN-85W64-DWPJ box which was collected from me as a return had the wrong items maybelline lipstick, skin functional and foot pads.
