Very disappointed

I placed an order and tried to cancel my order because they took to long. Requested my order to be cancel, suddenly they changed my date on my order, which is still not a preferred date for me, I requested it to canceled. They finally canceled my order but now they don't want to refund me back into my bank account and giving me takealot credit which I don't want. Saying portion of the refund could not be paid on the app but sending an email saying my financial provider is declining it. All I want is my money back into my bank account
