Very disappointed

So frustrated. Why does Takealot not have the option of changing addresses? Literally minutes after placing an order I realised the address was incorrect and emailed Takealot. While the person responding was kind enough to contact the courier they refused to make any amendments. How difficult is it to have the option PRIOR to the item being shipped to change it? This seems inconceivable to me.
