VERY DISAPPOINTED

I'm Cher-nel Broodryk, I'm totally disappointed in Takealot, I placed an order R802, 25 June 2019...gladly they confirmed my order everything... it was scheduled 8 July... To my surprise... They scheduled it for today 2 July... I was so happy...unfortunately my happiness didn't last... Suddenly they scheduled it 15 July!!!! I phoned them... But no answer... Plus it deducted my airtime... And I didn't even speak to anyone!!!the microwave storage rack was very much available... Now that I've checked the site, it indicates the supplier is out of stoc**** My Bob Martin dogfood and other stuff is among my order... I had to buy another Bob Martin dog food 15kg, and it's not cheap dogfood, Why Takealot? Why!!! If you out of stock inform your customers!!! My 4dogs need there food&i need my stuff that I've placed with you TAKEALOT!!!
