Very disappointed

I order from takealot quite a lot and 9/10 times I have no issues. They are quick on delivery and I get what I order. I write reviews on the products I receive. HOWEVER I recently ordered something that was not as advertised, I wrote a review and they rejected the review instead of reaching out to me trying to rectify it. *** is the point of asking for reviews if the company can reject reviews that make them look bad?
