Very disappointed

I am very unhappy with Takealot. I use this service because it is convenient for me but they have inconvenienced me.

I make an order and pay on Tuesday for a package that I need for Saturday. It gets sent to the wrong courier's which delays the whole process. I get a notification that they're sorry but I will have my package by Friday. I recieve the sms confirming delivery.

5 o clock hits and no word from the courier. I call them only to find out I'm getting my package on Monday. That I need for Saturday. Very disappointed. I could have used other services or even just gone in store, would I have known this.
